Visiting the website
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request diagnostics, to deliver and protect the site. You do not need an account to read the portfolio. External project and social links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Contact messages
If you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to the website's server and passed to Resend for email delivery to my iCloud mailbox. Your email address is included so I can reply. The current server diagnostics can also record the name and email address supplied with a submission.
If you email me directly, your email provider and my email provider process the message. I use the information you choose to share to handle your enquiry and respond to you. Providing contact details is voluntary, but I need a return address to reply.
Spam protection
Opening the contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes signals such as your IP address and browser information to distinguish people from automated abuse. The website validates the resulting verification token before sending a form message. You can use the email link without opening the form.
Purpose and retention
I process website requests and general enquiries to pursue my legitimate interests in operating a secure portfolio and communicating with people who contact me. If an enquiry concerns steps towards a contract at your request, that processing serves those pre-contractual steps.
Contact correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and related follow-up, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting diagnostics and provider records are subject to the relevant service settings and retention practices. Service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; their privacy notices describe their international processing and safeguards.
Your choices and rights
You can contact me to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to receive a portable copy. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You can raise a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority. Please use the public email address above for questions about a particular message or its retention.
